Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning. As a small business, we may have to charge a 50% cancellation fee to cover our costs, if we don’t receive 48 hours’ notice. We may waive this however, if there are exceptional circumstances that make the cancellation unavoidable, but this is at our discretion.
If we need to cancel a clean, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness), we will provide as much notice as possible and will work with you to reschedule this for a time that suits you.
Domestic customers: We ask that you pay on the day that we provide the service. If we provide repeat visits, we will agree a schedule of payments with you.
We accept cash payments or bank transfer.
